A partner in the firm’s New York State Regulatory & Government Relations and Healthcare practice groups, Mark assists health and human services providers in navigating the complex regulatory and legislative landscape. He served as assistant counsel to former Gov. George Pataki, focusing on health and mental hygiene policy, and as deputy director and general counsel to the Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century, where he played a crucial role in restructuring New York’s hospital and nursing home industries. Mark was also recently elected to chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Health Law Section.
