Mark R. Ustin Recognized in City & State New York’s 2023 Law Power 100

Working out of Farrell Fritz’s Albany office, Mark R. Ustin is the firm’s resident health care policy expert. His long list of credentials includes serving as general counsel for the state Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century; as assistant counsel to former Gov. George Pataki; and as counsel to the state Senate Health Committee.
