New York Real Property Law Journal’s 2026 Symposium “100 Years of New York Real Property Law”

Anthony S. Guardino will be speaking at the New York Real Property Law Journal’s our 2026 Symposium, “100 Years of New York Real Property Law.” at St. John’s University School of Law.

This symposium will bring together leading real property scholars, practitioners, and educators to examine what it means to live in an ever-changing New York City. Panels will explore the legal, political, and community issues raised by sports complex development; the impact of recent housing laws on litigation in New York City Housing Court; and the ways AI will shape the city of tomorrow. A Q&A session will follow each panel.
