Job Overview
Join a dynamic and fast-paced Records Department that’s transforming how the firm manages information. As an imaging clerk, you’ll play a key role in digitizing client/matter files, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality in every scan. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who thrives on organization and attention to detail. Training will be provided – We’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed.
Hourly compensation: $18-$20

Responsibilities:
- Prepare files for scanning by removing staples, clips, sticky notes, identifying damaged or fragile documents and ensuring documents are in proper order.
- Identify and handle original documents appropriately, following firm protocols for preservation and tracking.
- Operate high-speed production scanners to digitize legal documents efficiently.
- Quality check all scanned images using a 5-point checklist to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Upload and profile scanned documents into our DMS within the appropriate workspace.
- Maintain confidentiality and chain of custody of the files and documents.
- Update record status within our records management platform.

- Greet and assist visitors, clients and staff at Reception
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly
- Manage scheduling, appointments and meeting room bookings
