Jeffrey K. Levin represents lenders and borrowers in complex real estate and structured financing transactions. This includes the workout or foreclosure of troubled loans. He negotiates all types of real estate financing transactions, including construction and permanent loans, as well as mezzanine loans, for multi-family rental and condominium housing, office buildings, industrial buildings, warehouses and regional and strip shopping centers.
His experience also includes negotiating syndications and participations of interests in loans, co-lender and intercreditor agreements, and portfolio and conduit loans. Additionally, he negotiates and drafts commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.
Jeff has been a panelist at continuing education programs organized by Practising Law Institute and the New York State Bar Association, where he shares his knowledge of mortgage foreclosure and election of remedies in the State of New York.
