Farrell Fritz, P.C., a full service law firm with five offices in New York State, seeks an attorney for their Trusts and Estates department, to work in one or both of its New York City and/or Uniondale, Long Island, offices.  Ideal candidates will have significant work experience in estate planning, although an LL.M. in Estate Planning will be considered in lieu of work experience.  Position will assist partners with all aspects of general trusts and estates, but with an emphasis on planning.  Candidate should have excellent time management and organizational skills and be motivated to contribute to the growth of the firm.  Excellent pay and benefits (Salary Range: $132,5000 – $161,500).  Please send cover letter and resume to Liz Knechtges, Director of Administration.

Farrell Fritz, P.C. seeks a corporate associate with 4 – 6 years’ experience for its Uniondale office. The candidate will work closely with partners on all aspects of corporate law and should have excellent time management and writing skills. Farrell Fritz, a top-ranked New York regional law firm, seeks an Estate Administration Paralegal for its Uniondale office with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. Candidates should be well-organized, detail oriented and be fully capable of administering an estate and/or trust from its inception. Applicants should be proficient in preparing and filing court-related documents, including probate, administration, and accounting petitions, the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns, the preparation of informal accountings, and receipts and release agreements.  The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effectively work with clients.
