Gebbie practices commercial real estate finance and corporate lending, representing institutional lenders in various types of financing, including mortgage lending, construction lending, mezzanine financing, and other complex commercial lending transactions including term loans and revolving credit facilities. She also represents purchasers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions and landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions.

The firm’s lending practice has been very active in 2019, Gebbie said.

“I have represented several national banks, regional banks and private investment firms with both syndicated and bilateral lending programs in connection with acquisition loans, building loans (both ground up construction and redevelopment projects) and refinancings, with a variety of real property types including industrial, office, residential condominiums and other multifamily properties located in New York City, Long Island and nationwide,” she said.
