Arthur K. Feldman is a partner in the tax certiorari department of Farrell Fritz, P.C., a law firm headquartered in Uniondale, with offices in Albany, Hauppauge, New York City and Water Mill. Feldman handles all aspects of real property taxation on behalf of developers and owners (or tenants) of commercial and residential property.

Since 1986, Feldman has been involved in the trial, litigation or administrative disposition of real estate tax cases regarding properties as diverse as the largest commercial-industrial complex on Long Island, the Pennsylvania Railroad yards in New York City, private golf clubs, regional shopping malls and a Merrick residence renovated to accommodate a disabled child.

Feldman sits on the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) Executive Board. He is a past president of Literacy Nassau’s board of directors and Young Israel of New Hyde Park, and has served on the board of Yeshiva Har Torah, Touro Law School’s board of visitors and the Theodore Roosevelt Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
