Kristina M. Wesch is a partner at Farrell Fritz, PC in Uniondale. Wesch focuses on corporate mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations (both in and out of bankruptcy), and general corporate matters, with a specific focus on the healthcare industry.

Wesch represents hospitals, physicians, retirement communities and other types of for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare providers. Her engagements have included representation of a major New York hospital in its affiliation with another health system, representation of an assisted living facility in its acquisition of a continuing care retirement community, and representation of a large medical center in its acquisition of another hospital out of bankruptcy. Wesch’s work on the latter transaction earned her an award by The M&A Advisor, a premier leadership organization of merger & acquisition, turnaround and finance professionals.
