Who’s Who in Health Care Professionals & Health Care Law – Kristina M. Wesch

June 04, 2019

Wesch’s law practice focuses on general corporate matters, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations (both in and out of bankruptcy), with a specific focus on the healthcare industry.

Wesch routinely represents hospitals, physicians, retirement communities, and other healthcare providers in connection with their business transactions, including providing advice on related regulatory matters.

Helping individuals maintain their lifestyles as they age is at the forefront of Wesch’s practice.

“In New York State, over the last several years, we have seen a lot of activity in the long-term care and senior living space,” Wesch said.

“I expect that this activity will continue and possibility even increase due to a variety of factors, such as the aging population of New York State, the struggles being faced by many not-for-profit providers and the shift to the patient-driven payment model in the skilled nursing world.”
