Last year, the state legislature passed legislation to have drug manufacturers develop plans to safely take back unused medications. The Capitol Pressroom took a look at how manufacturers are responding and the environmental impact improperly disposed of medication could have with Liz Moran, Environmental Policy Director at the New York Public Interest Research Group, and Mark Ustin, Partner at Farrell Fritz.
