Robert M. Harper Appointed to NYSBA Committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules

Farrell Fritz congratulates Robert (Rob) M. Harper on his recent appointment to the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Civil Practice Laws and Rules.
Rob, a Garden City, NY resident, concentrates his practice in estate litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
The Committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules monitors current law and proposed amendments to New York’s code of civil practice and associated court rules. The Committee also observes current legal practice; issues a report on most legislative proposals; and develops original legislation. Members of the commercial bar, the personal injury bar, law professors, and judges make up its membership. To learn more, click here.
