Lyle C. Mahler Appointed to the LI Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association’s Board of Directors

Farrell Fritz partner, Lyle C. Mahler, has been appointed to the Long Island chapter of the Turnaround Management Association’s board of directors.

Mr. Mahler is a member of the firm’s banking and corporate practice group. He counsels businesses in connection with general corporate and transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, and has extensive experience representing lenders in both secured and unsecured loan transactions.

Mr. Mahler is a member of the Business Advisory Board of Sterling National Bank and the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations. He devotes time to many local charities and has served on the board of directors of the not-for-profit Stages of Learning, Inc. since 2009. Earlier this year, he was selected by Long Island Business News as a “40 Under 40” award recipient.

The Turnaround Management Association is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. TMA has more than 9,000 members in 46 chapters.
