LICP Talks Labor & Employment: New York State Paid Family Leave

Please join us for our second of three LICP Talks sessions with LICP Member Farrell Fritz as they discuss Labor & Employment considerations in the workplace.

Whether managing a disability leave of absence, providing parental leave, or classifying time out of the office as paid sick, employers face a complex web of laws and obligations that impact employee morale, productivity and the company’s bottom line.

In this next LICP Talks Labor & Employment session, Domenique Camacho Moran, Partner + Head of the Labor & Employment Practice at Farrell Fritz, will lead the discussion on how to navigate requests for leave and the overlapping obligations created by the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), New York State Paid Family Leave (NYSPFL) and your company’s policies and practices.
