LICP Talks Labor & Employment: Employee Handbooks + Policies in 2022: Where Are We Now?

With the continuing evolution of the workplace, this session explored the landscape of employee handbooks and policies.

During the webinar, the discussion included the following topics.

There has been an incredible amount of change over the past few years and employers have been reexamining:

• Policies on remote work as we move into the next phase of the pandemic, in particular ongoing performance management in a remote or hybrid environment
• Harassment and discrimination policies, especially in a remote or hybrid environment
• Changes to drug testing guidelines and policies about drug paraphernalia on company property, considering recent cannabis legalization

These are just a few of the potentially impactful topics that are changing workplace and workforce management.
