Kathleen M. Brown Joins Farrell Fritz’s Albany Office Healthcare Team

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that Kathleen M. Brown, a Cohoes, NY, resident, has joined the firm’s Albany office. Kathleen is an associate focusing on the healthcare regulatory environment with experience in all levels of administrative litigation, as well as nonprofit corporation entity formation, corporate compliance, and general healthcare transactions, with a particular focus on Medicaid and Medicare compliance.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Kathleen was an associate in the Health Department at O’Connell & Aronowitz. She was also a paralegal at the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, a legal intern at the Office of Counsel to the Governor in Albany, and an administrative coordinator at the NYS Department of Health.
Ms. Brown earned her J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School and her B.S., cum laude, from St. John’s University.
