John Racanelli Elected Chair of the Flushing-Willets Point- Corona Local Development Corporation

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that partner John Racanelli was recently elected Chair of the Flushing-Willets Point-Corona Local Development Corporation. Joseph Farber, an attorney at Farber, Rosen & Kaufman, P.C., is his predecessor. He served as Chair for eight years.

Claire Shulman, the LDC’s President & CEO said, “The LDC is proud to have a man of John Racanelli’s skill and knowledge as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.”

Mr. Racanelli, an Oyster Bay, NY resident, focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and financing, and on construction. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
