Jeffrey K. Levin Joins Farrell Fritz

Farrell Fritz is pleased to welcome Jeffrey K. Levin to the firm. Jeff
joins as counsel in the real estate practice group in the Uniondale and New York
City offices.

Jeff represents lenders and borrowers in complex real estate and structured
financing transactions. He negotiates all types of real estate financing transactions,
including construction and permanent loans, as well as mezzanine loans, for multifamily rental and condominium housing, office buildings, industrial buildings,
warehouses and regional and strip shopping centers.
