Former NY County Surrogate’s Court Associate Law Clerk Yi W. Stewart Joins Farrell Fritz

Farrell Fritz is pleased to welcome Yi W. Stewart to the firm. Yi joins as a trusts & estates litigation associate in the Uniondale office.

Yi served as associate law clerk at New York County Surrogate’s Court prior to joining Farrell Fritz. During her time there, she assisted the Surrogate with decisions on probate and accounting matters, complex issues of will construction and reformation, as well as novel issues such as a fiduciary’s authority to administer digital assets stored in Google and Apple accounts.

Yi earned her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, in Psychology from Wesleyan College. She is admitted to the New York bar and the New Jersey bar.
