Farrell Fritz Welcomes Joshua Herman to its Commercial Litigation Department

Farrell Fritz is pleased to welcome Joshua M. Herman to its commercial litigation department as an associate. He is resident in the firm’s New York City office.
Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Mr. Herman was a litigation associate and a summer associate at Brown Rudnick in New York, NY. He was a legal intern at the New York Legal Assistance Group: LegalHealth and a paralegal at Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C., a mass tort and personal injury litigation law firm.
Mr. Herman earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Tufts University. He is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
