Farrell Fritz Associate, Robert M. Harper, Appointed to NYSBA Trust & Estates Law Section Committee

Farrell Fritz, P.C. is pleased to announce that trusts and estates associate, Robert M. Harper, has been appointed Vice Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Trust & Estates Law Section’s Governmental Relations and Legislation Committee.

Mr. Harper, a Garden City, NY resident, concentrates his practice in trusts and estates-related litigation, including probate contests, accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, guardianship proceedings and actions to partition real property. He is a frequent contributor to the firm’s New York Trusts and Estates Litigation blog. Mr. Harper is also a Special Professor of Law at Hofstra University School of Law, where he teaches the Moot Court Competition Seminar. He also coaches several of Hofstra’s moot court teams and serves on the Law School’s Recent Alumni Committee. Mr. Harper has authored articles for numerous industry-related publications and university Journals.

Mr. Harper earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
