Farrell Fritz Associate Bernadette T. DiPrisco Appointed to the Board of the Child Care Council of Nassau, Inc.

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that corporate & finance and tax associate Bernadette T. DiPrisco has been appointed to the board of the Child Care Council of Nassau, Inc. She will serve a three year term.
Ms. DiPrisco, a Garden City, NY resident, conducts tax planning, legal research and assists in the representation of companies in general corporate matters. She is active in her community, serving as a coach, babysitter and tutor. Ms. DiPrisco earned her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College.
The Child Care Council of Nassau, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization offering child care counseling and referrals to families; professional development and technical assistance to active and potential providers; and services to employers interested in the child care needs of employee’s families.
