The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s “emergency temporary standard” released this week requires companies with 100 or more employees to mandate that workers get vaccinated, or tested weekly and wear a face mask. The challenges for employers are deeper than the mandate, with a tight labor market and other business impacts that need to be considered.
