Matthew D. Donovan, partner at Farrell Fritz, will be on the panel at this event, which is presented by the Westchester County Bar Association’s Corporate & Commercial Law Committee. This program addresses the utility of the Books-and-Records Proceeding in disputes among small to midsize business owners in partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies, and the ways in which such disputes might be avoided by having proper formation documents prepared and in place from the beginning. Other panelists include Scott Mautner of Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP and Howard Fielstein of Citrin Cooperman.
