Details of the Annual Federal Civil Practice Update are as follows:

Program 1: A review of the Supreme Court’s current term, and cases and developments in civil discovery;

Program 2: Cases and developments in Section 1983, including excessive force claims, and employment law

The FBA EDNY Chapter is now an accredited CLE provider in New York State, and plans to offer 2.0 credits for each of these sessions (.5 Ethics & Professionalism & 1.5 Professional Practice).
