SIGNATURE SERIES: How to Use 1404 Examinations to Win Your Case

Discovery under SCPA §1404 is often conducted in the form of depositions taken of the witnesses to the will execution and the attorney who drafted the will. The scope of the 1404 deposition is limited to matters concerning objections to probate. This program will provide you with a step-by-step guide in navigating the SCPA 1404 process for the experienced litigator or general trusts and estates practitioner.

The program, presented by the Suffolk County Bar Association, will provide 1 CLE credit in Professional Practice.
