The Queens College Business Forum will host a panel discussion on “Business Communication, Technology, and the Law in the Information Age.” Judith Massis-Sanchez, Counsel, Queens College-CUNY will moderate the panel. Panelists will include Kathryn Cole, Partner, Farrell Fritz; Sara Radicati, Founder and CEO, Radicati Group; and Tom Hull, CIO, Queens College-CUNY.
All businesses must consciously manage how they handle all of the electronic communication they receive daily. This panel will address what may happen if a business fails to manage its information effectively and possible solutions companies can seek to avoid potential problems in case of litigation. They will also discuss trends and future challenges at the intersection of the law and information management.
