New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs Section Annual Meeting

Farrell Fritz partner Robert M. Harper will be presenting a CLE at the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law and Special Needs Section Annual Meeting in January.

Rob will be speaking at 3:30pm on Day 2, January 25, on the topic of “Digital Assets Update and Planning Tools (Bitcoin, NFT, Blockchain, etc.).”

The description is as follows: “Focusing on reviewing relevant statutory language, we will discuss recent cases addressing digital assets and cryptocurrency issues of which practitioners should be aware.”

Participants will receive 1 CLE in Professional Practice.
