Michael Guerriero Speaking at CIBS Event on Tax Certiorari

Michael Guerriero will be speaking at a CIBS (Commercial Industrial Brokers Society) Long Island Lunch and Learn program on Thursday February 2nd at 12:00PM.

The program is titled: The Legal Process of Tax Certiorari – What it is and What You Need to Know. The event will be co-presented by Attorneys Richard P. Cronin, Esq., Partner at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP and Michael P. Guerriero, Esq., Partner at Farrell Fritz, P.C.

The session will provide an educational overview on what realtors and property owners need to know about property tax assessments, valuation and the assessment process appeals process.
