clock icon1:00pm - 2:00pm

Farrell Fritz partner Robert M. Harper will be presenting this event, hosted by the Brooklyn Bar Association.

Below is a description of the CLE:

Tension oftentimes exists between estate and trust fiduciaries and the beneficiaries whose interests they serve. On the one hand, fiduciaries owe duties to the beneficiaries, among others, which may result in delays in the beneficiaries receiving assets held for their benefit. On the other hand, beneficiaries typically wish to receive the assets held for their benefit as expeditiously as possible. At times, this tension causes beneficiaries , among other interested parties, to seek to remove the fiduciaries of estates and trusts.

Participants will receive 1 CLE credit. This event is virtual.
