Farrell Fritz partner Louis Vlahos and associate Bernadette Kasnicki‘s presentation is titled “Annual Update on Legal Issues for NYS Nonprofits.” They will provide an overview of developments in federal and state law that affect not-for-profit entities in New York. There will be a particular focus on the effect of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, and its impacts, both direct and indirect, on various aspects of not-for-profit organizations.
