“We set up a conference call between the lawyers and the title company so there’s a game plan,” he said. “It’s taking longer to negotiate contracts and everything else.”
Curry, who’s been at this for 40 years, says he’s never experienced such a challenging business environment as has been presented by the COVID-19 crisis.
“This is very different,” Curry said. “It’s a whole new world. Every day is a new question.”
