Nicholas T. Terzulli practices real estate law with a focus on economic development. As the former director of business development for the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency, he provided businesses and nonprofits with economic development solutions, including tax incentives, tax-exempt bond financing, workforce development initiatives, inventor and entrepreneur programs, and more.
Nick created the innovative LEADS program to assist small and mid-size businesses gain access to incentives, capital, and regulator guidance. He also co-chaired Nassau County’s Main Street Business council and developed Nassau’s Shop Local multimedia campaign.
He is also an adjunct professor at the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, where he designed and teaches a course in economic development.

Nick is treasurer of the Nassau Community College Foundation board, a lector at St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church in East Meadow, a civic member of the East Meadow Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of the Chaminade high school alumni association.
