About Christopher

Christopher J. Clarke concentrates his practice on all aspects of commercial litigation matters. Chris has litigated claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and other business tort actions. In addition, he has experience in trusts and estates related litigation including probate contests, accounting proceedings, discovery and turnover proceedings, guardianship proceedings, and disqualification proceedings.

Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Chris was an associate at Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP in Mineola.

While a law student at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Chris was a member of the Touro Law Review.

Community Work

Chris serves as a board member and advisory council member for Nassau Suffolk Law Services, and he is an advisory board member for the Nassau County Bar Association’s WE CARE Fund. Additionally, Chris serves as a member of the board of South Shore Child Guidance Center where he is presently serving as vice president. He is a former delegate to the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates, former member of the Nassau County Bar Association Pro Bono Admission Task Force, and former council member of the Lutheran Church of the Epiphany in Hempstead, NY.
