Robert M. Harper of Farrell Fritz Named Co-Chair of the NYSBA Trusts and Estates Law Section’s Legislation & Governmental Relations Committee

Robert M. Harper, an associate in Farrell Fritz’s trusts and estates department, has been named co-chair of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Trusts and Estates Law Section’s Legislation and Governmental Relations Committee.

Mr. Harper, a Garden City, NY resident, concentrates his practice in trusts and estates-related litigation in Surrogate’s Court and Supreme Court. He serves as co-chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Member Services and Activities Committee. In 2012, Mr. Harper was elected an Officer of the Suffolk Academy of Law. He is a Trusts and Estates Law Section delegate to the House of Delegates of the NYSBA.

Mr. Harper earned his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.S. from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
