John C. Stellakis is experienced in land use and zoning cases, municipal matters, and environmental law, as well as commercial and residential real estate and landlord-tenant relations and proceedings. John prepares and presents zoning applications and appeals at public hearings, works closely with engineers, architects and lenders, counsels municipalities in the drafting and application of their local laws and activities, and litigates Article 78 proceedings and other actions and proceedings in state and federal court.
