Farrell Fritz has been in the legal picture for Long Island’s leading art museum for years. Louis Vlahos, who heads the firm’s Tax practice, serves as general counsel to the Board of Directors of the museum. In addition to attending board meetings, taking minutes and answering questions, he and John Racanelli were able to provide valuable guidance during a major restoration project at the museum.
