Long Island Corporate Attorney Lisa Vaccaro joins Regional Advisory Board at Canine Companions for Independence

Canine Companions for Independence, the nation’s oldest and largest assistance dog organization serving people with disabilities, is pleased to announce Farrell Fritz, P.C. counsel Lisa Vaccaro is joining the nonprofit’s Northeast Region advisory board.

Lisa Vaccaro is counsel at Farrell Fritz, P.C. concentrating in the areas of corporate and finance. Ms. Vaccaro’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of financial institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, including syndicated and asset-based loan facilities. She also advises businesses in connection with corporate transactional matters, including the negotiation and preparation of buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and other contracts.

Ms. Vaccaro, a graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law, was Managing Editor of Hofstra’s Property Law Journal, as well as the author of “Security Interests in Intellectual Property: Towards a Unified System of Perfection.” She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hofstra University in 1984.
