Farrell Fritz Partner, John (Jack) J. Barnosky, Selected for Inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2012
Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce that trusts and estates partner, Jack Barnosky, was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the fields of Litigation - Trusts & Estates and Trusts & Estates.
Mr. Barnosky, a Centerport, NY resident, focuses his practice on estate litigation; planning, probate and administration of estates and trusts; and taxation. He was included in The Best of the U.S.’s 2008 List of Best Lawyers in the U.S. and has been named one of the Best Trusts & Estates Lawyers in America by American Lawyer. He serves on the EPTL/SCPA Advisory Committee established by the NYS Legislature, is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ATEC) and has an AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating. Mr. Barnosky is the former chair of the Estate and Trust Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. He is a contributor to Farrell Fritz’s New York Trusts & Estates Litigation blog.
Mr. Barnosky received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law; his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his A.B. from Assumption College.
