Peter Mahler to Speak at New York County Lawyers' Association Corporations Committee Meeting
This program sheds light on NY interpretation and application of LLC Operating Agreement clauses, particularly “dismissal for cause” provisions, as highlighted in the recent Jain v. Rasteh decision.
Peter A. Mahler is the author of the NY Business Divorce Blog , a terrific resource for NY interpretation and coverage of court rulings involving LLC partnership disputes, as well as buyouts, dissolution basics, dissolution procedure, grounds for dissolution, restrictive covenants, valuation and valuation discounts.
