Firm considers move from Westchester to Long Island

September 19, 2018

Farrell Fritz associate Nicholas Terzulli is representing HVAC supplier ACS System Associates as they consider a move to Long Island.

ACS System Associates is looking for its new home, and Nassau County is on the short list, as reported by Newsday in the September 19, 2018, print edition. Nassau County’s IDA has agreed to negotiate a reduction on taxes to entice the company to make the move to Long Island, specifically an already-identified space in Hicksville. According to Nicholas, ACS is one of the largest minority-owned contractors in the metropolitan area.

Below is an excerpt with one of Nicholas’s quotes:

“Their next investment, wherever they go … will be extensive,” [Nicholas Terzulli] said, referring to ACS’ move from Westchester. “That’s how much work they see coming” in the future.
