Farrell Fritz Promotes Four Attorneys

Farrell Fritz is pleased to announce the promotions of Joseph T. La Ferlita to partner and Matthew D. Donovan, Heather P. Harrison and Michael A.H. Schoenberg to counsel, effective January 1, 2014.

Mr. La Ferlita, a Locust Valley, NY resident, focuses his practice on estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts.  He earned his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law; his J.D. degree from St. John’s University School of Law; his M.A. degree from Boston College and his B.S. degree from Fairfield University.

Mr. Donovan, a Scarsdale, NY resident, is a commercial litigation attorney concentrating in business litigation and partnership disputes.  He earned his J.D. degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law; his M.A. degree from Boston College and his B.A. degree from Marquette University.

Ms. Harrison, a Forest Hills, NY resident, is a commercial litigation attorney concentrating in labor and employment law.  She earned her J.D. degree from St. John’s University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta.

Mr. Schoenberg, a Bellmore, NY resident, is a commercial litigation attorney whose practice encompasses a variety of commercial, employment, real estate, contract and business torts matters.  He earned his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland-College Park.
