Farrell Fritz Launches Commercial Litigation Blog

Farrell Fritz, P.C. recently launched its third blog, New York Commercial Division Case Compendium (www.nycommdivcompendium.com). Weekly blog posts briefly summarize recent decisions (with links to the decisions) rendered by justices within the New York State Supreme Court’s Commercial Division.
One of the most valuable features of the blog is the unique search function that has been created, which allows readers to search the case database by court, judge, topic, industry, or any combination thereof. Blog postings are written by several of our litigation attorneys, including James M. Wicks, Matthew D. Donovan, Hillary A. Frommer, and Aaron E. Zerykier. The blog has links to various related resources, including each of the ten New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division websites and rules of the Commercial Division, among other sites.
