Farrell Fritz Announced as Winner at the 13th Annual M&A Advisor Awards

The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 13th Annual M&A Advisor Awards on Monday, November 17th at the 2014 M&A Advisor Awards Gala in New York City. Farrell Fritz was named a winner for the Restructuring Deal of the Year (between $10 million and $100 million).
“Since 2002, we have been honoring the leading M&A transactions, companies and dealmakers. Farrell Fritz was chosen from over 600 participating companies to receive the award. Ted A. Berkowitz and Kristina M. Wesch of Farrell Fritz’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights group and Stephen F. Melore and Lisa M. Vaccaro of the firm’s corporate and finance group worked on the deal. Kristina Wesch published an article, “Intensive Care: The Impact of Antitrust Regulations in Stalking-Horse Bids” regarding this unique transaction in the August 2014 issue of American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.
The Gala is the premier celebration of the year for the industry’s leading M&A Dealmakers and is held in conjunction with the 2014 M&A Advisor Summit that featured over 500 of the industry’s leading M&A professionals participating in exclusive interactive forums led by over 50 M&A, media, academic, and stalwarts.
