Domenique Camacho Moran, an Advisory Board Member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Metro New York Chapter, is the head of the committee for the 3rd Annual Walk For Wishes® event on Sunday, September 18th, 2016. This event will take place at Eisenhower Park.
Walk For Wishes® is a community-wide celebration and effort to grant the wishes of local children. Families, friends, corporations, clubs and schools are invited to walk together and raise funds for local children facing life-threatening medical conditions. Overall, the Make-a-Wish Metro New York and Western New York Chapter has granted the wishes of more than 12,000 children in our area – more than 2,000 in the Western New York counties and more than 10,000 in the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau County, Long Island.
