Kathryn Cole of Farrell Fritz is the president of the Federal Bar Association – EDNY (FBA) and John McEntee of Farrell Fritz serves on the Board. This is a FBA sponsored CLE. The seminar will include a discussion of recent Supreme Court and Second Circuit case law, mandatory minimums, 851 enhancements, new developments in sentencing generally, and legal and ethical issues facing the criminal practitioner.
