Revocable or Irrevocable? Lifetime or Testamentary? This program will provide attendees with the fundamentals of creating various types of trusts. The speakers will discuss how to draft the trusts and will advise when specific trusts are appropriate based on a client’s needs and goals. The program will cover Irrevocable Medicaid Income Only Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Pet Trusts, QTIP (Marital Deduction Trusts), Credit Shelter Trusts, Grantor Trusts and Life Insurance Trusts, among others.
