On Saturday, January 22 and Sunday, January 23, the Nassau Academy of Law will hold Bridge-the-Gap Weekend “From Theory to Practice”. This 2-day CLE program will help guide attendees as they cross the bridge from the theory of law school to the realities of everyday practice.
John McEntee will be speaking on Commercial Division Practice discussing topics which include qualifying as a commercial case, motion practice and practice pointers. He will be speaking along with Madeline B. Pomerantz, Esq., Law Clerk to Hon. Timothy S. Driscoll. This presentation will take place from 8:30am-9:20am on Saturday, January 22 and offer 1.0 credit in professional practice.
