Kate will be speaking at this Wealth Management and Long Island Forum for Technology (LIFT) breakfast program.  The focus of this event will be the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, Tibble v. Edison which focused, generally, on adding protections for 401(k) plan participants by emphasizing the continuing duty of 401(k) plan sponsors and trustees to monitor investments and remove imprudent ones.
