On Friday, May 6, 2011, Farrell Fritz estate litigation partner, John R. Morken, presented Jury Trials to the Surrogate’s Association of the State of New York, a group that is comprised of Surrogate judges throughout New York State. This seminar was held at the New York City Bar Association. Approximately twenty Surrogate judges from throughout New York State attended.
